Bed bugs still remain.Had one company ($800) want to spray and then put dry ice in middle of floor stating that the bugs will go toward it and cross chemical barrier and die. 

The water was murky, the chemicals were spent and hair was every where.  

They don't understand that a house that is 9 inches higher on one side is a very common thing here, and they are demanding a soil report, a safety report from a structural engineer, and some type of chemical something-or-another report.

Chemical Supplier-figure out right now who the current chemical supply company is and who your rep will be.

Found the company they will start deodorizing and use all kind of chemicals, but they said there is slight chance of I might end up painting the entire unit.

If you have older sidewalks take great care with chemical products.

Costs vary a lot by area, so best to have it inspected and if there is a problem with it, find out replacement costs and ask the seller to pay for it.For use, it is similar to one connected to sewer (don't flush anything other than human waste and TP down the drain), but you need to be careful with chemicals that they use (eg no bleach) and have it pumped regularly (frequency depends on usage).
