I am searching for an agent to help me negotiate with Burger King for a building I own.Any thoughts/tips regarding triple net leases are so appreciated.

It's an argument that is one didn't have to pay for the cooks cooking at a restaurant, that burger and fries would be so much cheaper. yeah, it would, and it wouldn't be cooked!

I dont think stocks will fund my retirement and if i struggle young that is fine with me, I can upgrade my Ramen cup with Cheese one day.

After several years of student housing drama/damages Burger King bought it & the one on the corner for 3x their initial investment. 

Charcuterie board perhaps....Who doesn't love assorted meats, cheeses and fruits?

It is fun landing on the grass strip up at Lake Texoma and getting a burger.

The kids have been to Lowe's/Home Depot/Surplus Warehouse/various trade stores more than other kids have been to Chuck E Cheese's and parks. 

Burger King mailed me a two for the price of one whopper coupon today.That's a 50% savings (I'd like to get 50% off on everything I buy).And a plus is I actually like Burger King.A neighborhood would have to be pretty tough to not have a Burger King nearby.Anyone else receive one of these 50% off Coupons yet?
