I am actually a novice on this field, l have a property for short let and vacation rental in Kissimmee (Florida); and I actually want to take up the management of the property myself and needs help on how to do this.Also, l need a nice, cheap buildable land or a nice cheap reformable/redeemable house within or around Kissimmee.

Price materials and labor cost will depend on how large of scope of work but a good company is going to be around 3500 a week plus cost of over head we also pay 30% tax on our income also like you guys but if you anticipate 4 week rehab well be ready for minimum of 14k in labor +14knis low end in my opinion... now I'm currently eating my lunch on a rehab from hell but it's gonna be a work of art from where it came from... this was the worst of the worst in my career water damage to all structural raised the roof on a horrible addition and did it correctly.

Hi All - Looking for recommendations on a career shift to speed up my education in real estate investing.

I graduated college last year and I'm starting to build my career toolkit (while paying down just shy of $15K in student loans).

I remember being new here and moving from Portland OR to Columbus OH to start my real estate investing career.

In a lot of ways i still feel 18 and i still have so much maturing to do, however i do feel mature in many aspects, i have a stable career, i pay all my bills, i have a car bill but it will be paid off ASAP (less then 300 a month) and no bad habits/addictions.
