I see a few near the downtown area right off Broad st.

Since my city is so large, the price range of homes is quite broad.

The parameters of consent can be broadly interpreted, it will most likely be assumed that your partner has given consent as to the general nature of your business purpose.

Hey all, looking for a little guidance from the more knowledgable folks around here and would appreciate your input.The broad picture is that I'm looking to move out of my current home that needs work and keep it as a rental.  

More broadly, am I allowed to apply this carry over deduction in any subsequent year in which I am eligible?

The 15 trolley line has a stop at Broad and Girard, and so does the Broad Street Line (BSL); so that would be a single transfer, and quite frankly most riders on BSL and MFL get to those lines via another public transit route (in other words, a transfer is quite typical).And there is also the 48 bus ... goes right downtown ...Public transit isn't problematic in Brewerytown ...

What's even better is if your state allows a broad form indemnification agreement into a contract you can then turn the work comp claim into a employers' liability claim for that same contractor.

Since real estate is very broad you'll need to find an area that you want to focus on and master that.Good Luck..
