Like this:http://www.bathauthority.com/images/shower/Doors/b...Just adding the bathtub shower doors might work, but if you also changed the tub to a white one, I think it would break up all that brown, and look nicer.Another cheap fix might be to change out the linoleum to a lighter design with a lot of white, if the flooring is linoleum.

It makes it easier for them to break up and move the GF/BF out, without the original tenant having to move out because they're both on the lease.Don't accept parents as co-signers.

I required the full deposit and first month's rent to be paid before they got their keys, but if they weren't moving in for a couple weeks, it helped them to be able to break up the payments over the two weeks.I could run their credit and eviction checks online and normally get results within an hour with the service we used.
