I don’t have any preference between a boutique broker or a national brokerage, but would very much prefer one that has a good education program for new agents.

A good idea might be to find a boutique type of multifamily brokerage and/ or find a large broker such as Marcus & Millichap and then look for the freshman/ junior type of broker that is eager to build his reputation and transactions.

First of all totally agree with you about working with individuals and TK providers that are more boutique like and have a strong hyper local market place presence, awareness along with an established business, I think we need to dive deeper into your perfect understanding of a real TK provider versus others that are simply FAUX TK providers.True TK provider: Completes acquisition, construction completed to a standard quality and caliber, provides in house continued management.

I think there's got to be demand for a more boutique coworking experience.Anyways to answer your question, I think buying is the right move.
