My problem is hunting them is still in my blood.  

The life blood of what your considering doing is finding the deal.

Spend that time doing something that lowers your blood pressure instead. 

That’s way too much blood sweat and tears...I just do brrrr, pay cash or a short term high interet loan, pay others to do the rehab, rent and refi.

I'll buy when I see blood in the water and the numbers are good; I would be shocked if things dropped down to anything near 2008 numbers the next handful of years but a correction is certain in many markets, IMO. 

If you're someone who believes that they can time the bottom or at least get close and believes they're able to see "blood in the streets" i have one thing to say to you.
