Cities screw up all the time..

I don't know CLE per se (I'm based in STL), but I know the financial side of gut rehabs in urban centers of big cities.

I'm seeing lots of my clients have success currently with auctions in Cecil County and Baltimore City. 

I'm completely lost at why people would spend money on class and workshop, when they can actually use that money and go find deals a bit outside of the expensive city we're in. $8,000 could got you started on a deal, or do a mailing list of some kind.

I can say from having taught classes on these loans that your contractor will be the biggest key to your success.

As you move to the next team/city you can repeat the process. 

The boogeyman of evictions and landlord hostile cities/states should be a secondary concern. 

Midtown and Brickell in Miami are the hot spots for the city.
