I would need to re-do the entire bathroom.

This space is used for a contractor to store his tools, and has a small office and bathroom. 

Everywhere I have traveled this year, New York, Paris etc Hotels are much cheaper than VRBO/AIRBnB and the experience and safety, location, quality of beds, bathroom fixtures are better at Hotels, but 5-10 years ago it was the opposite.

I budgeted about 45k in cash to renovate the master bathroom, kitchen, guest bathroom, and painting the interior.

The bathrooms and kitchen especially.

Full rehab of the home to include new primary and secondary bathrooms, installation of new island and coffee nook with granite countertops, new water resistant LVP floors throughout, new paint, crown moulding in living room & kitchen, new electric water heater, and conversion of coat closet to mud room.

I estimate cleaning costs/charges based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

We have one 2200 sqft story house and I wonder if putting the same LVP throughout the whole house will make it "monotonous" (or otherwise unappealing).Also can you advise on using LVP (waterproof, not water resilient) in kitchen and bathrooms?

Example, room addition with bathroom, licensed job; just painting, no need for a license (or just flooring, no license). 

You can't make alterations to the bathroom, send the builder invoices and tell him his grout work was bad.
