More awkward encounters.

Having they review and sign the lease without you in their presence gives them time to review without you awkwardly looking over their shoulder.

This month is the first time we've had any vacancy since we've owned the property -- because of awkward Mar-April timing. 

I have also sent a few blank colleague request by pressing buttons or the awkward "can we be friends" request because i didn't really know what to ask.

This way family dinners won't be awkward in the future.

The problem I have is that if one wants to manage their own properties it is very awkward.

I guess I'm just shy and socially awkward by nature.
