Also, go to Cuyahoga county auditor's website and see what the county says your building is worth.

If that's what you want to do, start working nights as a front desk clerk, move up to night auditor then manager.  

We usually pull lists from the county auditor.

Property owner information is listed on the website of your county auditor.

So, the county auditor had it zoned as a triplex, its prior use was a triplex and how it was designed and set up was clearly as a triplex.

But I would suggest keeping whatever proof it would take to prove an expense to an Auditor as a rule of thumb.

This can be found on your county auditors website.

But you can get pretty narrow in your search...the good news is most county auditor sites are now open data...and GIS is getting more user friendly and affordable.
