I'm looking for a few specific things.Scalable from 25 to 100+ LoansLoan-Level and Portfolio Analytics (present & historical)Multiple servicer connectivity or CSV importA lot of what I see out there are geared towards servicing.  

My biggest strength is the ability to negotiate effectively, not so much with organizing data so for the analytical (or very busy) types feel free to reach out to me and maybe we can make some things happen. 

I’m book smart, real world smart, great common sense and sense of humor, extremely intuitive with people, highly analytical and not afraid to get my hands dirty on a job if necessary (courtesy of commando DIY handyman skills acquired over the years).

My career in accounting / finance has enabled me to develop strong analytic skills.  

Increasing the rent was my own assumption based on what I've seen through my very extensive and technical research through a pure analytical site called Craigslist.. lol   I took a quick look and from what I saw.  

In closing, I think you have a good analytical approach.  

I am one of those guys who is analytical, so not being about to come up with decent repair estimates on my own is frustrating at this time, but I know that comes with increased experience and knowledge.  

The hard part is setting up all that needs to be set up with an S-Corp (accountable plan, salary analytics, payroll, Corp minutes, etc).Likely, the best way to go about doing this is for you and your partner to each set up personal S-Corps that then take over your ownership stakes in your LLC.

Not related to geospatial data, but I always thought it would be cool to use predictive analytics to combine various traditional and non-traditional big data sources to pinpoint distressed sellers, like a list source with AI ...
