Our auto-responder is a home grown affair I've integrated into our mail transfer agent (MTA); it's all UNIX based.

But know that (where I'm at) they are all cash affairs.

We have contacted the Governor’s office and are actively seeking guidance from the Department of Community Affairs. 

I’m currently working full at RIT in division of Student Affairs with focus on managing residential halls while doing Real Estate on the side.

Typically the trust serves little purpose for liability protection but is more so to get your affairs in order, assets where you want them to go, plan for the unforeseen event, avoid probate at death, etc.
