I have no pressing reason to sell or to keep renting it, kind of neutral about the whole thing.Both these options seem to lack creativity but figured I would post and get some other insight from everyone.

The states aren't getting enough from the printing presses of the treasury (your taxes) to pay these unfunded liabilities, so they shift money around and increase taxes on your state income taxes and property taxes.

I think you're going to be hard pressed to find this on a non multi-family building, but that additional information may help to provide some additional guidance.

Say you need to do renovations if pressed.

@Henry Davis I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who says Grant is flat out wrong; if they do, it might be time to question their credibility. 

You may be hard pressed to find a 4 unit that is in a better area that isn't priced at a premium. 

It can be a long process and if you’re pressed for time, this may not be your best option.

Should I really press to find a way to get cash to rehab it?
