Bought two homes in November and received a copy of my tax statement indicating that the payment coupons and bill were sent to the lender.  

I also tend to use Lowes coupons more; sometimes Home Depot will not accept these.Gail

It is maybe half price of sending postcards but it isn't personalized and sometimes gets stuffed into those newspaper looking coupon pages that are always in the mail.

An even more advance tax question, would real estate debt crowdfunding have any issues with PHC as it relates to "making loans evidenced by, or purchasing, certificates of indebtedness issued in a series, under a trust indenture, and in registered form or with interest coupons attached?"
