This happened last year on a Triplex deal we had that closed on a Friday with Monday being the holiday. 

I would do that before I would go chasing low end rentals that may produce cash flow and could very easily lose money thereby making you work on Friday instead of golfing :)  

@Maria Keating if you want to go to the absolute best meetup in this area I suggest you hook up with @Troy Fisher   He hosts a meetup in Kirkland on the first Friday of every month.

Time to closeIts Monday and we are supposed to close on Friday so my contractors can get started the next day.
