Hey I am Sage, brand new to site I apologise if this is in wrong location.

The thing is, as the younger demographic (20's and 30's) ages, and we have so many friends who have tattoos, it's not going to be so unusual for us.

So with HUD, when your offer is accepted, you have, literally, 2 business days to sign all of the sales contract documents and send them to the asset manager, which is Sage Acquisitions  in my case.

@Ashley Childers Besides the obvious potential gain from that strategy, I love the therapeutic element of getting up and taking a little explorative drive around my local area!
