As for me personally any investment having to do with the dollar is a risk because I believe an eventual collapse is imenent so I mostly focus and buy and flip and allocate a certain percentage into gold.

My gut is telling me this can be gold but I really want the data to support.Hope I was clear on what I am asking for.ThanksJermaine

@Emilio Basa, your should try calling the company that @Middy Matthews suggested, since you are both in the same state and a referral is usually worth its weight in gold.

Depending on your funds, anything south of GA-20 and within a few miles of 400 is gold.  

I think I made a nice profit; I got more than 5-times my original investment I think I got hosed a little when selling, but the profit was still very good and the experience was worth it's weight in gold...Just stirring up the memory makes me want to go find another deal now and get to work again building a team and conquer another project!

That said, Leigh Robinson has written the gold standard (in my opinion) on this topic of managing one's own properties. 

Good wholesalers are absolute gold and should be a staple in an investors business diet.  

They are worth their weight in gold.
