It's up to you but flipping is obviously more risky... also depends how handy and knowledgeable you are, if you aren't able to do things yourself you need to budget for labor costs... on top of holding costs and material costs.

@Monica Lee - we transitioned to 75% upfront because when we did 50% (more standard) we realized that HomeRoom was fronting money for a portion of repairs and labor on behalf of the owners.

Trane didn't response us for this request by far.We doubt the dealer's words for the motor issue.No cost be replaced the motor but in 1 more year, we need to pay labor cost.
