Hi there, Is there any chance you can pass on your property manager info?

Is it worth taking a chance on a house that is good looking, at a nice location etc.

Its hard to cashflow buying normal deals in 2024, theres almost 0 chance you will cashflow from a turnkey company after real expenses using a manager. 

I would lend on a property after the deed has been issued and the borrower has had a chance to walk the property and assess value and potential and I've had a chance to assess the deal.If you find a professional lender willing to do this, let me know. 

While there is always a chance they are not disclosing things, i.e. doing the maintenance work themselves and not booking it, the more likely scenario, at least in my case, is nothing needed repaired that year at that property.
