Do you guys think the end of the federal eviction moratorium will create a spike in house sales?

Long story short: I thought I had a water leak when my bill spiked $1,000 for 2 months in a row.

Now 30 days is more the average although it can spike longer in special cases (such as hurricanes).Appraiser will have to be selected by the mortgage lender.

That means there will be a spike in the next couple months.

I wonder if landlords are seeing a spike in tenants that can afford to pay but aren’t paying their rent just because they can get away with it.
