It is a big state and the markets out west are rather different than metro Boston.

The other good draw with this place is proximity to public transport (rail).

In any semi-remotely attractive area around Boston you are pay 300K minimum for a 2 family that might fetch 1500-1800 a unit.

I don't keep any tools in the house as the rehab is complete and still didn't while working on it(I rebuilt a little cargo trailer for ease in transport and storage of my tools).
