I was in Bayou-LaBatre Alabama shortly after Katrina to help rebuild some buildings and I met a man there that builds those lift boats and he took our group on a tour of one of the boats he was building.

CA is too pricy to find boat loads of cash flow properties.

Alot of the people from this board are in a totally different boat then we are atm in the market.

We are in the same boat here but just the beginning of it and no one to really engineer the town around all that is going to happen and I see traffic problems galore on the horizon.
