What is the smartest financially intelligent move to make? 

This could cause confusion about possible current values and does this affect online comps and artificially inflate what the current market value may be?

I can't speak intelligently about the market in Southen Oregon but if you look around and are patient you can find the right property for you.  

I am new to BP, so I can't comment intelligently about the real estate, but your post inspired me to ensure you that you can go from nothing to something.  

Once we see that you can analyze a deal and present it intelligently, we will be quite willing to get to know you enough to perhaps put the deal together.Your experience, to us, is not as important as whether you know how to find and analyze a deal and present it the way your prospective lenders expect.

Do not beleive a title on a business card because you might be more intelligent than them.I am not trying to scare you off but I mentioned all of those personal things you never know what the future holds for you or your family.

Hello,Besides knowing the area and visiting whats going on around my local area, I was curious if there is a certain report that helps you gather market intelligence.

If you are intelligent about what you do, you could probably live in a "not so good" neighborhood and be surprised how nice it is.
