I've been searching the web and asking around.. nothing. 

I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?

I use the three that I see most often on this forum: Rentometer.com, Craigs List, and real estate web sites like Zillow.

I “read” (audiobook) Brandon’s book on managing rental properties and he refers to a web page for the many forms and lists for his processes.

It's web based and free.

Who has experience switching from one master meter serving a park to converting to individual meters and in the meantime, discovering leaks from a huge web of water lines, any suggestions?
