I have two old vehicles in my garage which I am contemplating repainting for "company" vehicles: a 1965 Greenbrier rampside truck and a 1966 VW Type-2 Transporter (Kombi w/ seats removed and converted to electric).

One reason we are hesitant is because we have the best transportation we ever will in the city.

They also need to build a larger fence as the half grown pup literally reaches over the existing fence in an attempt to play with the neighbors small yappy dog.Both the couple & the attorney had to buy much larger vehicles to comfortably transport the new addition!!!!

By completely eliminating a product that was abused and unregulated leading up to the meltdown in 2008, lenders essentially eliminated the ability for some people to obtain a type of loan that was originally designed for them.

Property values are typically higher in desirable places near shops, offices, and public transportation than in less desirable areas.

We live in a good area where homes appreciate, and we're within walking distance of the train that transports to downtown Chicago.

Don't just think about the property as the place where you are going to live, but think about it as an investment and study neighborhood trends, schools, bus lines/transportation, proximity to amenities like a park or ball field and of course, crime statistics. 

So, forget the "program" approach as being set in stone for unregulated funding.

I buy something I can use in my business to carry lumber, etc, but it's my personal transportation and nobody cares what I drive.Right now would be a great time to buy a slightly used diesel pickup.
