@Zachary Stanley The #1 driver of real estate prices is population growth, the #1 driver of population growth is jobs, which is why you probably always hear people touting Walmart, Tyson, JB Hunt, and University of Arkansas.

I have never heard of the company being discussed on here, but I will tell you that it would raise my antenna for red flags if someone was touting a way for me to put my money into a deal on the front end, let them do all the heavy lifting after my money is in, and then expect to have enough juice left in the squeeze for me to make be able to refinance all of my money back out.To me, there is simply too much room for fraud in these types of set-ups even if it is accidental.  

They tout their forms library....well that gets a C- from me. 

Local government touts opening a big prison as a economic win while I see a grand total of 1 convention booked over a year away at the "convention center" .. why not hold a big jobs/engeneering fair for free promote Rose Hulman or a nursing expo for hospital/ISU... ring up Grate Dane or Steel dynamics and tell them there tax abatment will pass if they book the company convention in TH!

yes there are frivolous lawsuits out there, they are not nearly as common in my area as I hear them tout.

And what are you trying to gain by trolling Bigger Pockets, a site that touts wholesaling for unlicensed agents as a career-building opportunity, for so-called scammers.

They also need to be adults and figure their sh*t out lol.
