We have an upcoming meeting with them to see how we can extend the loan a few more years to make the total monthly payment including installments for the annual property tax bill, which we’ve had to pay for them this year since they were late the last couple years and had to pay interest to the county. 

Since my first property is long-distance, I figured it’d make sense to look for my next one closer to home.

They're also harder to budget. 

u set the fee.. these are furnished of course. so in our case this was a second home we used for a few years so it was furnished .. not over the top like if we lived there permantly but still nice. 

Remember that cost segregation works for one year only.  

You can still get a 30 year fixed conventional DSCR loan for rental properties.
