For florida we will need a hotel license and if we register our STR under us it shows our house address. 

If there is fire, smoke, water, or storm damage to the unit  and they are forced to move out while repairs are being made - the Renters policy will pay a set amount of money towards their temporary residence (hotel) until they can find a more permanent place to live or you are ready to have them move back in.

It is set up more like a hotel. 

I've actually rented a couple condo Airbnbs out on the FL west coast (Sanibel / Naples area) and find you can usually get a better deal than at a hotel on the beach. 

I suggest you first decide what you want to invest in, i.e, multi-family, self-storage, hotels, mobile home parks, retail shopping centers, office, industrial, etc., and then attend some training events in those asset classes.

Are there possibilities of establishing listing within hotels without owning??

Just basic things like a truck, fuel, food, hotel going to add up...

Clarification needed because resources could be educational or informational, and assets include but not limited to MFH, MHP, storage, offices, hotels, etc.

Airbnb is basicly operating a hotel out of your property and will come with additional issues for you.
