I have worked on 3 mobile home filps- I got 20 years of smoker smell out of a house that had walls essentially made of cardboard. 10/10.

@Ben Visser This plumber is definitely blowing smoke......RE brokers do Not carry insurance that cover no disclosure on an Owner's part.....it's for the Broke/agent's actions.  

They are really borderline candidates, not terrible but with a couple of items put together smoker no rental history well they just weren't strong.

Purchased from my aunt who was a heavy smoker so I knew there would be some rehab.

@Caroline Gerardo advice is great.Also, if you don’t want smokers to smoke in your house, you have to mention that in the lease. 

Well there are stats that say a disproportional number of part time workers are women....so people that only work part time wont meet that criteria for income....and a larger % of them will be women as opposed to men....so you must be discriminating against women....Smokers?.....

The college isn't all that close, and it's hard to find non-smokers with steady income in this area who wish to have roommates.

if so she removed them because shes a chain smoker....common Baltimore occurrence.

We always put "no smokers" and "not HUD approved" in the post.
