Worked on photoshop and made a nice logo (I'm a hobbyist photographer and very amateur graphic designer), and am working on a website, company email address and business bank account right now.

The best way for finding multi family unit properties will be utilizing the commercial MLS (Netloop, Showcase, etc), commercial brokers, directly contacting building owners, property managers, and networking groups. 

I know many property managers use before and afters of updated properties, as well as showcase their available properties online.

Mailbox Power is a great tool for direct mail, you can customize post cards or letters and add graphics / images as well.

By leading with the aerial I thought it would provide a better idea of parking as well as the overall complex, but it's not exactly showcasing how well it can be client facing.

Sure, you may not like how you look on video, but people are way more likely to watch your content and follow you if you show your face and have video rather than just cool graphics. 

Send postcards first, then a letter or stationery, then follow up with a hand written postcard, then a graphic postcard.
