I would think this through carefully.

I thrn had it run an analysis to see if I was better off voting yes which turned out to be the case.

I started to notice some issues early on when I tried to get some new tenants screened and signed up. 

I get that you’re trying to drum up business for your interior design services, but i’d recommend replying to other people‘s posts with helpful info, not spamming this forum with new posts that don’t introduce anything insightful.Finally, for folks reading this, I would add that there are amazing interior designers in places like Romania and Brazil and Sri Lanka who will do complete redesigns for you at very inexpensive prices.

Since when should any local govt have the right to tell someone they can't rent or lease their property or other items. 

Which have to be done before you get any rent increase.
