I think we have a shortage of 4plexes in general relative to other cities.

@Lamontis Gardner I've certainly noticed that shortage since moving here...while there aren't a ton which are listed, wholesalers are always finding and marketing them so maybe link up with a few.

I know I would.If your market conditions are like most others, there is a shortage of properties available for sale. 

You want legitimate buyers, who are serious about investing, experienced in real estate, successfully investing, have no shortage of capital, and buys 3-4+ deals per month.After that long speal..

There is an extreme shortage of available houses, so no one moves because they “found a better place.”  

When there is a housing shortage, to me, its a no brainer to feed the home buyers looking for fixed flips. 

There are so many out-of-state investors who don't take the time to do their own homework and there is no shortage of investors who know exactly what they want.
