he claimed it was because his partner/manager of the building was too "this or that"....whatever.....I think there's more to the story and was doubtful that I could get the income per room per semester ($3200) that he was quoting.

However money is tight.During the fall and spring semesters my hubby works overload (teaches extra classes) so we have money to enjoy life a bit.

Even if you only end up leasing 2 bedrooms in each unit this semester, that's much better than nothing, and you can bounce back later when the pandemic wanes.

I finished high school at 16 because of anxiety being around people and pursuing a bachelors in CS i started my first semester in january but i feel as if i'm wasting my time my classes are online so i sit on my computer all day i want to make a plan or find a path to follow so I'm not just running blindly one thing that has helped through depression is looking forward ive seen a few posts about real estate but am unsure since im 16 and my options are limited i got an opportunity to work as a application filer that pays 50 per application i feel as if i should take but am lost in what i should i do with the money.

I wouldn't buy anything now with the intent of trying to get it rented before the school year (or even spring semester).Student rentals are HIGHLY time sensitive in my market.
