We have since cleaned up the entity and files this religiously the last 7 years now...

The good news is that I am really religious with my credit score so I've done my best to keep it high.I see that the more active you are in that lender's business the more likely they'd like to keep your business.I am always open to connecting with potential lenders to grow my network and hopefully, we can get a deal going together.

We get inquiries from people traveling for school, religious sabbaticals, medical treatments, to take care of relatives, summer employment (park service and forest service), temp. construction workers, people displaced by natural disasters, even beekeepers!

Buying my first house and after being told religiously to get title insurance I made it known I wanted it.

Throw into the mix all the emergency permits after the storm, and that definitely slowed things down for some contractors.I listen to On the Market pretty religiously and caught that episode. 

Property was an old Junior Religious College with multiple houses and out buildings that closed and needed to sell.

I've read books, I get on BP religiously, I have been studying different ways to get into REI with little to no money because essentially that's my biggest downfall is no capital.
