I observe the term “investor friendly” lender used regularly in these forums either by posters seeking financing or in the manner in which lenders market themselves.

I have no responsibilities - other than reading regular reports and (hopefully) depositing checks. 

fyi - financing an AFH is not as  easy as financing a " regular " investment  property  .....commerical or   special  ADH  loan program  will be needed and   terms will be  higher  

Providing fixed costs, factory monitored conditions/precision and rapid timelines (as short as 2 months for a full 4 unit apartment to be delivered and rentable to our site), we are strong believers that modular is the future of real estate. 

So ultimately we determined that the brrr model was not as successful for us as it turned into another full time job (probably more hours than our regular job). 

If you're concerned about issues, make sure to have a camera pointed at the driveway, smartlock that logs all the comings and goings, noise monitor inside and you can even place one in the backyard, and lastly get damage rental insurance on each booking that the guest pays for by baking the charge into the nightly rate.

My family does regular checks and some of the neighbors send me pictures. 

Would love to know how are you able to get interest rates so low - in the high 3.xx% when 10yr US Treasuries are > 4% and regular property investment interest rates are > 6%.
