By the way, thanks and you're welcome :) Bill Gulley - now that BP has "vote alerts", the vote vs mention really doesn't matter much anymore, except that the vote count is visible on ALL posts you've made - so that gives readers in other topics an indication of "worthiness" of your posts.

Another aspect og getting someone to agree to something because you can negotiate it, I guarantee that has great potential of blowing up later on.Again, if this thread were a financing thread, I'd be happy to drill as deep as anyone wanted to go, but I'm not doing it for the sake of argument on opinions by a few where other readers will never find as valid information.Saying that any reader of this thread needs to be aware that it contains some real issues that are apparently not obvious to those posting.
