He was getting a bit irritated with my constant querying of the bank's stance so I walked after hearing that.

I would query the assurances of "Valued in the 160's".  

Also, if you know the particular county, you can look at the county website and run queries there to pull data.Good Luck!!!

@Alberto Fraire  A way you can be helpful to the BP forum community is to respond to other people's posts with answers based on your experiences and training.Also, post your own queries as to things that you are experiencing in your own real estate quests and encourage others to help you by asking well-formed questions.
