call county health department and verify that this is the rule.I have never heard of  3year inspections required by a county health department does not mean its not true but I would want to verify that. 

While this is being promoted as a safe way to get into real estate by some experts or gurus, there is no way to secure your loan with real estate when the money is used as a deposit before the purchase is closed.

Our biggest employers is Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital with 14,000 employees.

I follow a lot of Dave Ramsey groups and listen to him a lot, and this seems to be the approach he promotes.

Hey @Israel Mendiola, As accountants on BP we cannot self-promote.

This is one of the main guidelines as it promotes safety and quality of life for ADU residents.

Probably good to have one or two of these started early rather than later since the the premium will increase as you age due to health/age.

If you know of any that could assist with promoting our distinctive offering effectively, your recommendation would be invaluable.

Starting at $250 does sound like a solid starting point, might try different seasonal promotions and see what works best.
