Big pill to swallow but smaller then what it will be if you wait. 

I had decided that if I have not got funded by the end of March I would sell the lots at a loss (due to carrying costs) but not only would I have taken a monetary loss, but I sold my home, and 3 rentals so that I could get more time, so I did that, and when I realized I would have to take this loss, well it was a very hard pill to swallow.

For example, in Seattle, a place called Pill Hill would be a decent area for patient/family stays.

I do not believe any actual easement exists but it is my understanding as the line has been there for a very long time (it is clay so I'm guessing 60 years or more I have either a prescriptive or implied easement). 

That's my prescription to the world.This is just a ridiculous discussion, and so therefore my post has been equally ridiculous.Weed is illegal in all 50 states so...for now the discussion is moot.

The days of a REIA are numbered, sadly though, people think they are the key to the guru who has the magic Blue or Red pill to ail their thirst for real estate knowledge.

That's why it would be hard pill to swallow on the sale...I've also heard a few stories about persons whom have sold their real estate and wished they kept it.
