What I mean is visit your properties regularly and look for fiscal leaks i.e. lights turning on in the day time, water leaks, pot holes (liability issues, structural issues ) etc.

As a RE Agent you will be working as an Independent Contractor and by TREC or RE law no brokerage firm can fix your hours or limit you to work under certain conditions its totally depends upon you.However, if you are working with small boutique style brokerage firms its easy to work independently butt when you are working for big firms its better to go to office and get some real time experience they also have the option of giving bench time which allows you to take walk in customers if any.

you have to be a bigger crook. dig up the dirt on this guy and use it anyway you can. as far as the dogs, call the cops, tell them that you believe he may be dealing drugs in the house because you smelled pot when you last talked to him and you need to access the house to verify. get in there anyway you can.

They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees.
