It's tough to compete with a 3 bed SFR with private outdoor space with the same rent unless the community is highly amenetized/well kept.It's a great pocket of the metro to try to hold if you can.Hope this helps! 

We are both musicians and like to be a bit loud sometimes, so I think ideally having a bit more space would suit us well.

Ideally, I feel like the space is worth 3400 a month but I have significantly lowered the rate because I wasn't getting ANY bookings :( I've posted listings on furnished finder, airbnb, zillow, and vrbo.
