Whoever taught you that I would go to them and do what they did as this setup for an ownership structure in my opinion is far to complex and your CPA is going to be scratching there head at end of year with all the tax stuff they will have to do and how you have to keep bank accounts for each entity and move money form one to the other to the other....

Anything else is in poor taste in my opinion.

sounds interesting to partner with him as I don't live in the states and can't get a mortgage as I am not a citizen so would be nice to have someone that has knowledge of the US market and that already has a team in place.Any insight to this guy or even your opinions about this  would be much appreciated.

It'd be good to use a moisture meter and get the opinion of 3 contractors. 

Also... yes , I am in contact with wholesalers, and they send me deals, but not really a deal in my opinion for the most part.

Residential, in my opinion, is a hassle so I am getting rid most of those properties so I can reduce my hands-on activities by 90%.

Everything I mentioned above is accurate and based on real results, not just opinions.

I've watched very few of Brandon Turner's videos so I don't have an opinion of him.
