I think I've talked to maybe 2 tenants on the phone so far, and I didn't mind because there's a lot of scams online.

I would start with the marketplace section here on BP. 

We talked about opening the meetups to the general public, and not just BP members to get more people. let me know what topics you'd like to get more expertise on, and I'll line up some people to come so we can pick their brains.

I am in one of the higher tax brackets and could be saving around 40k~ a year on taxes with this.
