Right now the people living there are carrying water in and out of the house...obviously not a good situation.Thanks in advance for any feedback and advice. 

After buying and selling over 1,000 properties for my own inventory, its time to do less work and let others carry the load. 

The PM will carry some of the responsibility to make sure it gets over the finish line. 

In the meantime section 8 provided reliable income stream to assist with carry costs. 

I do know they *typically* carry a higher risk profile, given their higher return potential (after all, you're usually and hopefully buying at a discount).

I won’t have enough passive income in 2022 so it would carry forward.  

Private and HML can move very quickly and loan on distressed properties.Also, for BRRRR investors, you should know for certain all the qualifications for your refinance.I have seen many borrowers with short term, private loans have to carry the loan months longer than they were expecting to because they did not know all the ins and outs of the DSCR refi process.

Those rates look like old hard money, but with no end, if you intend to carry it that way.

It is true that some lenders might charge more or less than other lenders but because the market is a little different right now, just about all of these loans (especially at 10% down) will carry some type of points.
