The very best way to get along with Realtors is by understanding their role, what they are obligated to do, what they can't do and don't ask them to stick their neck out, don't put them in a spot with you or another client.

I have learned that there's plenty of affordable housing right in your neck of the woods, so I may have to reconsider and stay local.

Big burly guys that chew tobacco in their sleep, drive jacked up 4x4s, have neck tats and smell like diesel fuel. 

Use the regular type that break their necks.
