I think your email is pretty good and very similar to others I've seen; it's a good professional outreach email.You may already know about the following people, but they can help you build a successful arbitrage business to make enough funds to purchase real estate. 

Make sure they have experience managing properties similar to yours.

Not the best example on a personal level but in the day I wanted to have business stuff similar to Puffy Combs.

Start with a rental that has modest rehab requirements such as updating kitchens and bathrooms and make sure you qualify for permanent financing through a lending source that offers interest rates similar to that of  a bank.

BTW the turn that occurred 18 months prior was very similar.  

Or anything similar?

So the way I see what they do as i mentioned, is similar to speaking on a Quest IRA or Equity trust event - which I know Norada I believe has done in the past. 

On the other hand, keeping the house could allow us to maintain an appreciating asset in a desirable location.I’d love to hear from others who’ve faced similar decisions.
