With the massive Taiwanese semiconductor plant under construction in Phoenix, bringing billions in investment and thousands of jobs, how significant do you think the ripple effect will be on the local real estate market?

I'm a local Denver agent primarily, but I'm familiar with some of the challenges up in the mountains because no deals make sense running the quick math.

After joining a Facebook group for local STR owners, and talking to all the major PMs in the area, I concluded that in the time vs money war, I was going with this particular PM. 

I purchased my first buy and hold SF rental property last year and turned the property into a student rental as it was very close to a local College.

Unless you're locking up 10 acres in a large metro where a DR Horton or KB homes might come in, thats a little less localized.

There is no other local affordable housing in the area.
