When I say education, I mean real education (not formal or higher education) but more like hands on business experience, sales, marketing, or agriculture as you mentioned. 

There has been an agreement between the city of San Antonio and some participating platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway to allow these platforms to collect and pay the city HOT directly to the city.
