Hi Bigger Pockets, I’m an Real Estate investor who is currently looking to partner up with an investor friendly Real Estate Agent to sell a property located in Dallas near the Bishop Arts district area would love to connect to see if we are a good fit.

It’s home to the state’s largest university, several big tourist destinations (mountain biking, art museums, lake), and large growing corporations (Walmart, Tysons).

The cosmetics are usually decent because mommy wants baby to be in a nice place, but there is often problems with old mechanicals, aging roofs, etc.Student rentals are its own art.

I consider it more of an art to put the contingencies and back up plans in place to exchange out of several properties and into a larger one. 

No President no matter how liberal or conservative can change that.And real estate will continue to give ordinary hard working Americans the chance to build big time wealth.  

In the meantime I will teach her the art and science of real estate investing and she will learn how to run and manage the investment.

I would definitely say that underwriting is more of an art than a science.
